Objective To study the health of the university female teachers and administrative staff

so as to to prevent diseases effectively.Method To take the healthy physical examination among 401 female teaching and administration staff inspects in 2008.Results The disease incidence rates of the hypertension

the high blood fats

the gynecology and the female disease for feminine teaching and administrative staff respectively are:17.21%

21.95%

5.74%

41.15%.The disease incidence rate grows up with the age.There are higher incidence rates of the hypertension

the high blood fats

and the gynecology.The incidence rates of abnormal image by B ultrasound of the middle-aged and eldly groups are higher than that of the young group.There are higher incidence rates of the abnormal ECG among the eldly group than the the middle-aged and young groups.The data has value in statistics（P<0.05）.Conclusion The situation with gynecological diseases of female statf in this university is not optimistic

so it is important to take the regular healthy physical examination and give health instruction to them.
