摘要

为护生很好地完成从校园人向社会人、职业人转变

顺利进入护理行业

本文根据作者从事护理教学和临床实习带教班主任工作经验

分析了护士在临床实习期产生挫折的主客观原因

并对此提出了应对策略。护生临床实习期挫折的干预策略包括:正视挫折

分析原因;改变情境

正确疏导;采用精神发泄法使紧张情绪得到发泄;正确评价自己

提高抗挫折能力等。

Abstract

The paper has analyzed the subjective and objective reasons that frustrate nursing students in clinical practice according to author’s rich experience in nursing and clinical practice teaching

and has given the coping strategies as well

including facing up to the frustration and analyzing the cause

changing the situation and guiding correctly

releasing by spirit abreaction

assessing yourself properly and improving the ability of anti-frustra tion.It intends to provide theoretical basis for nursing students to complete the transformation from academic people to social and professional people and go into nursing smoothly.
