Objective To discuss the influence of group health management on college highly-educated group.Method To adopt questionnaire survey and physical examination before and after the management to collect the health situation and behavioral risk factor information of this group.Then do comprehensive analysis and research on it to make sure the health problems which we need to give priority to

diabetes have both been increased（P<0.01）.The prevalence rate of intake of salty and high-fat food

nonparticipation of physical exercise

alcoholism tends to be low（P<0.01 or P<0.05）.Conclusions The health management has a profound meaning to improve the highly-educated group’s awareness of the relevant knowledge on chronic illness

the change rate of misconduct

and the compliance and control rate of the chronic illness treatment.It has achieved good health effects.
