摘要

目的探讨大学生神经衰弱的有效治疗方法。方法采用心理治疗、体育治疗、药物治疗等综合疗法对80例神经衰弱大学生进行2个月的治疗

并于治疗前后用SCL-90评分比较判断疗效。结果在治疗前后SCL-90总分分别为（195.14±51.98）、（160.21±13.14）

差异有统计学意义（t=11.35

P<0.01）;阳性总分、阳性均数、阳性项目数都有显著改善

治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。80例患者中痊愈36例（45.00%）、显效24例（30.00%）、好转16例（20.00%）、无效4例（5.00%）。结论综合疗法的疗效好

值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of neurasthenia in undergraduate students. Method 80 undergraduate students of neurasthenia were treated with the combination therapy including psychotherapy

sports-treatment and medication for two months

and then the therapeutic effect was judged according to the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） before and after treatment. Results The total score of SCL-90 before and after treatment were（195.14±51.98） and （160.21±13.14） with significant difference（t=11.35

P<0.01）. After treatment the total positive score

the average score of positive and the number of plsitive items all improved markedly and the difference had statistical significance（P<0.01）. The number of complete recovery

respectively.Conclusions The combination therapy would be more effective than monotherapy and worthwhile for application.
