摘要

目的了解我校教职工脂肪肝检出情况及相关因素。方法对我校536名教职工进行健康体检（腹部B超、查血脂等）

对脂肪肝及相关因素进行统计分析。结果我校教职工脂肪肝总检出率为24.4%

男性为37.2%

高于女性的9.3%

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）;随着年龄的增加

脂肪肝的检出率呈上升趋势

但30岁以下组也达到了10.1%

各年龄段比较差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）;高脂血症组脂肪肝检出率为38.0%

高于非高脂血症组的18.5%

差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论我校教职工脂肪肝发病与性别、年龄和血脂有关

并呈现发病年龄提前及年轻化趋势。

Abstract

Objective To understand the check situation of fatty liver among our teaching staff and it correlative factors analysis.Method The used is to have health checkup for our teaching staff of 536（to check fat

blood fat

etc.）

and do statistical analysis of their fatty liver and its correlative factors.Results The check rate of fatty liver among our teaching staff is 24.4%

male’s（37.2%） is higher than females’（9.3%）（p<0.05）;As the age increases

the detection rate of fatty liver upward trend

but under 30-year-old group has reached 10.1%

of all ages there is a significant difference（p<0.05）;The check rate among the group of higher blood fat is 38.0%

higher than the group of less higher blood fat by 18.5%（p<0.05）.Conclusion The incidence of fatty liver among our teaching staff is closely related to gender

age and blood fat.The fatty liver of younger trend.
