摘要

目的探讨射频消融治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果及其影响因素。方法采用消融治疗仪对患者行射频消融单次治疗

对其中有完整记录的900例患者（轻度159例

中度378例

重度363例）的治疗效果及影响疗效的因素进行分析。结果射频消融治疗轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂的有效率分别为100.0%

95.2%

91.7%

总有效率为94.7%。结论射频消融单次治疗慢性宫颈炎临床效果显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeuti effect of shepingxiaorong on chronic cervicitis.Method Nine hundred patients of chronic cervicitis were treated with the device of CZF model.she ping xiao rong.The therapeutic in 900 cases with complete records

as well as the relationship between the diameter of cervical erosion and the exposure time to she ping xiao rong were analyzed.Results The effective rates of she ping xiao rong in treatment of chronic cervicitis unitarily were 100.0%

95.2% and 91.7%.The overall effective rate was 94.7%.Conclusion The controllability and achievement ratio of she ping xiao rong to treat cervical erosion could be enhanced when exposure time and manners were fully considered based on the diameter and type of cervical erosion.
