Objective To acquire the staff’s actualities in college hospitals.It also provides scientific basis for reasonable fixing and manning the staff.Method The general situations

medical institutions and staff’s situations of Hebei ordinary higher schools will be investigated first and then statistic analysis will be presented.Results The relative size of staff number of 78 medical institutes of Hebei higher schools in fixed target group is small.Its proportion is 1.92‰.63.0% of the medical technical persons are over 40-year-old and 14.1% are under 29-year-old.The age structure is on the old side.53.8% of the staff are doctors and 27.4% are nurses.The professional apothecaries and medical inspectors take small proportions which are respectively 8.8% and 5.1%.Conclusion Presently

the medical and technical persons of the medical institutions in Hebei higher schools are grossly inadequate.They have problems of aged tendency

and inappropriate structure configuration.Hence

in order to satisfy teachers’ and students’ medical and healthy needs

we suggest to the department of education administration and all the higher schools pay attention to these problems and solve them as soon as possible.
