Objective To explore the basic condition of GWB of migrant rural workers in Guangdong. Method 232 migrant rural workers in Guangdong were required to complete the GWB. Results Between workers in building site and factory(t=0.501
p>0.05;t=0.143
p>0.05)
the difference of GWB is not noticeable on energy
while significant on mood
satisfaction with and interest in life

control over feeling and behavior
as well as relaxation or stress(t=4.513
p<0.05;t=3.871
p<0.05;t=5.555
p<0.01;t=10.51
p<0.001;t=4.945
p<0.05). The main effect of sex
vocation
education and salary is not significant to GWB(F=0.012
p>0.05;F=0.341
p>0.05;F=0.482
p>0.05;F=1.088
p>0.05). Interaction effect between vocation and education
vocation and salary
education and salary is pronounced (F=6.565
p<0.01;F=5.732
p<0.001;F=2.327
p<0.05). Regression effect of salary and work strength on GWB is significant (β=2.35
p<0.05;β=2.06
