摘要

目的探讨教师职业自我概念与中学教师职业倦怠的的关系

以提供缓解职业倦怠的方法。方法对广东省520名中学教师进行职业倦怠的问卷调查

然后对数据进行统计分析。结果教师职业自我概念对职业倦怠的情感衰竭和去人格化维度有调节作用

而失效感维度上

不存在调节作用。结论可以通过提高教师职业自我概念以有效地缓解中学教师的职业倦怠程度。

Abstract

Objective To explored the relationship of the teachers’ professional self-conceptiong and job burnout. Method 520 teachers from secondary school in Guangdong joined the questionnaire survey

the results were statistical analysed. Results The adjusting role of teachers’ professional self-concept is obvious in the Emotional exhaustion and Depersonalization;however

the adjusting role does not exist in Inefficacy dimension. Conclusion We can improve Teachers’ professional self-conception for the effective mitigation occupational burnout.
