摘要

目的分析急腹症的临床特点

为临床诊疗工作提供参考。方法对108例急腹症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组中急性腹痛原发性疾病依次为痛经25例

占23.16%;胃痉挛25例

占23.16%;急性阑尾炎24例

占22.22%

泌尿结石23例

占21.30%;胆结石9例

占8.33%;大叶性肺炎1例

占0.92%;带状疱疹1例

占0.92%。诊断主要根据病史、临床症状、B超、X光等辅助检查。结论急腹症是临床常见疾病

它是某些疾病的临床表现形式

临床上应该进行必要的辅助检查协助诊断及时治疗。

Abstract

Objective To analyze 108 clinical characteristics of acute stomachache sufferers in order to improve diagnosis level. Method Review the analysis of the clinical record of 108 acute stomachache sufferers. Results In this group

the order from more frequency to less of the idiopathic acute stomachache disease is: dysmenorrheal by 25 examples（23.16 %）;stomach convulsion 25 example （23.16 %）;acute appendicitis 24 example（22.22 %）; urinary calculus 23 example（21.30 %）;gallstone 9 example（8.33 %）; big-leaf’s pneumonia 1 example（0.92 %）; zonal bleb virus 1 （0.92 %）. Diagnosis mainly depend on the historic record of the disease

symptom

the blood and urine normal data combining the part with whole body

electrocardiogram

the chest and belly X ray slice

along with the helpful B-ultrasonic diagnosis.Conclusion The acute stomachache is the ordinary disease in the clinic work that the physician and the surgeon confronted frequently

it is the clinical manifestation of some disease

we should pay attention to other disease while adopt the disease historic recorder

and do some necessary laboratory assisted examinations.
