摘要

目的评价MONITOR-J+全自动血沉分析仪检测血沉的可靠性。方法随机抽取门诊患者和健康体检人员共106人

同时用MONITOR-J+全自动血沉分析仪及国际血液学标准委员会（ICSH）推荐的魏氏法测定血沉

对数据进行统计分析及比较。结果MONITOR-J+全自动血沉分析仪与魏氏法检测血沉的回归方程为Y=0.9674X+0.6887

r=0.961

重复性良好。结论MONITOR-J+全自动血沉分析仪检测ESR与魏氏法比较具有良好的相关性

是一种较好的检测ESR的常规方法。

Abstract

Objective MONITOR-J+ is an automated analyzer to measure the erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate（ESR）.We evaluated the performance of the equipment and established the reference range of ESR of healthy persons. Method Using MONITOR-J+ system and Westergen

method to measure 106 samples （include clinical patients and healthy persons）. Results The equation of the results of MONITOR-J+ system compared with westergren is Y=0.967 4X+0.688 7

r=0.961

showed a satisfactory repeatability. Conclusion The results of MONITOR-J+ compared with westergren

and linear regression analysis showed a satisfactory correlation between the two methods. MONITOR-J+ is a better method to measure ESR.
