摘要

有关成人学习特点的研究异彩纷呈

但对成人的一个特殊群体——小学教师职后参加学历学习的心理特点的专门研究却不多。本文主要从学习的个性化特点和学习的动力性特点两个方面对小学教师职后参加学历学习的心理特点进行了探讨。

Abstract

The research into the characteristics of adult studies is extraordinarily splendid.However

it is rarly found to develop specialized research on psychological characteristics of diploma study for an adult’s special community who are elementary in-service tcachers .This article mainly inquire into the discussion from two aspects which are the characteristics of study personalization and kinetic study regarding elementary in-service teachers’paticipating in the school diploma study.
