摘要

颈椎在人们的生活和工作中活动很多而且幅度较大

由于现代社会工作和生活方式的巨大变化

颈椎病的发病率不断增高

已成为教师的职业病之一

影响教师的身心健康

特别是近年来呈现越来越低龄化的趋势

必须引起高度重视。研究颈椎病的防治方法

宣传和普及颈椎病的防治知识

达到自我保健、防治颈椎病、提高生活质量和工作效率的目的。

Abstract

Cervical vertebra moves frequently and extensively in people’s life and work. Since the great change of work and life style in modern society

the incidence of this disease of cervical vertebra has risen considerably

and it has been one of professional diseases for the teachers even affected their health

especially

in recent years

tended towards the younger and younger. The study of prevention and cure the disease of cervical vertebra and the knowledge of it made widely available

and health care by themselves the promotion of life quality and working efficiency are discussed in this paper.
