摘要

目的探讨柴胡疏肝散加减治疗萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法将确诊的病例随机分为2组

治疗组与对照组各28例。治疗组给予中药柴胡疏肝散加减。对照组用维酶素片每次1g

每日3次;阿莫西林胶囊每次0.5g

每日3次。结果治疗组治疗2周内胃脘胀满疼痛等症状均明显好转

对照组治疗2周内胃脘胀满疼痛等症状明显好转20例

有8例仍有胃脘胀满疼痛等症状

治疗组与对照组疗效比较有统计学意义（p<0.01）。结论中药柴胡疏肝散加减治疗治疗萎缩性胃炎有满意的疗效。

Abstract

Objective To observe the treatment effects of Chai-hu-Shu-gan powder on patients with atrophic gastritis.Method The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups

treatment group and control group

each with 28 patients. The treatment group was treated with Chai-hu-Shu-gan powder

while the control group took Vitacoenzyme tablets

1 gram once and 3 times a day

and Amoxicillin 0.5 gram once and 3 times a day.Results After 2 weeks’ treatment

symptoms such as distension and pain in the epigastrium were greatly relieved in all the patients of the treatment group

while in only 20 patients of the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese formula Chai-hu-Shu-gan powder waw effective in treating atrophic gastritis.
