摘要

目的为了解大学生HBV的感染状况及近9年来的变化

为今后制定更有效的预防措施提供依据。方法对1997-2005年连续9届大学生进行HBsAg检测结果按性别、学段分别计算阳性率

用卡方检验进行比较

对感染情况用线性回归方法进行分析。结果HBsAg阳性率线性回归分析方程为Y=-0.31X+625.98

相关系数R=-0.642。9年合计男生HBsAg阳性率为6.2%

女生阳性率为3.9%

男女生差异具有统计学意义（χ2=83.83

p<0.01）。结论HBsAg阳性率自1999年起显著下降

2003年起有所回升

男生阳性率高于女生。应积极对未感染HBV者接种乙肝疫苗。

Abstract

Objective To grasp the infect situation of HBV in our university

find out the progress of prevention against HBV virus in nine years

offer the basis for making more effective precautionary measures in the future. Method The freshmen Between 1997 and 2005 over 9 years have been tested for carrying HBV

and divided the result into groups according to sex and grade

and calculated the positive rate

checked it out with the χ

and linear regress equation. Results HBsAg positive rate accord to the linear equation Y=-0.31X +625.98

and the correlation R=-0.642. It is about 6.2 % that the HBsAg positive rates of the boys and 3.9 % for the girls in 9 years.Conclusion It is a downward trend that the HBsAg positive rate from 1999

and went up to some extent from 2003. The boy’s positive rate is higher than the girl in 9 years. We should actively inoculate the vaccine into the non-infective person.
