摘要

大学生学习动力的高低不仅能够影响大学生学习的自觉性和学习效率

而且对高校的学风建设和学校的长远发展具有一定的影响。针对目前高校部分大学生学习动力不足的现象

文章在对大学生学习动力不足的主要原因进行分析后认为

对大学生进行职业生涯规划教育十分必要

并进一步分析了对大学生进行职业生涯教育的目的和职业生涯教育对提高大学生学习动力的意义

认为职业生涯规划教育可以通过制定个人职业生涯的近景和远景蓝图

将个人的理想具体化

并具有可操作性

增强学习的目的性、自觉性、积极性和有序性。

Abstract

College students’ study motivation affects not only students’ study efficiency

but college’s study atmasphere development. According to the status of college students’ lacking of study motivation

this paper analyses the objective reasons of this phenomenon

and points out that it is very important to carry out career planning education among college students. The paper also states the significence of how career planning education plays effects on improving students’ study motivation through making individule’s ideas more detailed and operative so that to increase the purpose

consciousness

sequence of study.
