Objective To discuss the relationship between personality characteristics and vocational interests among normal university undergraduates. Method Selected 200 undergraduates of south-west normal university were measured with the Revised NEO Personality Inventory （NEO-PI-R） and the Chinese Vocational Interest Inventory of Holland Type.
