摘要

目的探讨高原驻训官兵作业疲劳状况及相关因素。方法采用作业疲劳症状自评量表（WRFFQ）、军人心理应激自评问卷（PSET）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）和状态特质焦虑量表（STAI）对在高原驻训3个月后的465名官兵进行调查研究。结果 ①高原驻训官兵作业疲劳总均分为（36.32±11.52）。②高原驻训官兵作业疲劳与心理应激、睡眠质量、状态焦虑和特质焦虑呈显著正相关（r分别为0.637、0.465、0.402、0.404，P0.01）。③作业疲劳高分组在心理应激、睡眠质量、状态焦虑和特质焦虑的得分显著高于低分组（P0.01）。④心理应激、特质焦虑和睡眠质量可以有效预测驻训官兵的作业疲劳状况，总解释量为46.1%。结论高原驻训官兵的作业疲劳状况与心理应激、睡眠质量和特质焦虑密切相关。

Abstract

Objective To investigate work fatigue and its correlated factors in military during the plateau encamping. Methods Newly developed questionnaire for work related fatigue feelings (WRFFQ)

psychological stress selfevaluation test (PSET)

Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)

statetrait anxiety inventory (STAI) were tested in 465 military soldiers after 3 months’ plateau encamping. Results ①The total score of WRFFQ was 36.32±11.52 for the subjects. ②WRFFQ was positively correlated with PSET

trait anxiety and sleep quality were important predictors for WRFFQ

and could explain 46.1% of the total variance in WRFFQ. Conclusion Work fatigue in plateau encamping soldiers is closely related with psychological stress

sleep quality and trait anxiety.
