摘要

目的研究团体心理治疗对乳腺癌改良根治术后患者病耻感的改善作用

并分析影响效果的心理社会因素。方法共纳入40名乳腺癌改良根治术后患者，给予基于认知行为治疗理论设计的团体心理治疗10次，使用病耻感感受问卷评估干预效果，采用多元线性回归分析影响干预效果的因素。结果共37名患者完成了本研究，干预后患者的病耻感感受问卷总分及疏离因子、歧视因子、社会退缩和病耻感抵抗因子评分均有显著下降（P0.05）。多元线性回归分析（逐步法）显示，受教育程度（本科及以上）和婚姻状况（已婚）与总分减分率有关。结论团体心理治疗可以显著改善乳腺癌改良根治术后患者的病耻感，文化程度和婚姻状态是影响干预效果的因素。

Abstract

Objective To determine the effect and influence factors of group psychotherapy on reducing the illness stigma in breast cancer patients after modified radical mastectomy. Methods Forty subjects were selected and accepted group psychotherapy for 10 times. Internalized stigma of mental illness invention (IMII) was used to assess the differences before and after the group psychotherapy. Results A total of 37 patients completed this study. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the education level and marital status were related with the reducing rate of the total score. Conclusion Group psychotherapy is helpful for the reduction of illness stigma in patients after breast modified radical mastectomy.
