摘要

目的研究去甲氧基姜黄素纳米乳在大鼠体内的药代动力学行为，并与游离药物去甲氧基姜黄素混悬液进行比较，评价去甲氧基姜黄素纳米乳药代动力学特征。方法 12只SD大鼠分为2组，每组6只。实验组灌胃给予去甲氧基姜黄素纳米乳；对照组灌胃给予游离药物去甲氧基姜黄素混悬液，然后于SD大鼠眼底静脉丛取血，采用HPLC方法测定血浆中去甲氧基姜黄素的浓度。结果去甲氧基姜黄素纳米乳和去甲氧基姜黄素的药代动力学参数如下：血药浓度-时间线下峰面积AUC

分别为(962.84±75.27)μg·h/L和(235.62±11.28)μg·h/L；T

分别为（38.85±6.54）h和（8.23±2.92）h；体内滞留时间MRT

(0-∞)

分别为（50.92±4.58）h和（8.46±2.61）h，去甲氧基姜黄素纳米乳的AUC

分别为去甲氧基姜黄素的4.08、4.72倍和6.01倍。结论去甲氧基姜黄素纳米乳相对于去甲氧基姜黄素而言，生物利用度有明显提高。

Abstract

Objective To compare the pharmacokinetic behaviors of demethoxycurcumin nanoemulsion and free demethoxycurcumin suspension in rats

and estimate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of demethoxycurcumin nanoemulsion. Methods Blood was collected from retinal venous plexus of SD rats after intra-gastrical administration of demethoxycurcumin nanoemulsion or free demethoxycurcumin suspension

and the demethoxycurcumin concentration in blood plasma was determined by HPLC. Results The pharmacokinetic parameters of demethoxycurcumin nanoemulsion and free demet

hoxycurcumin were calculated as follows: AUC

respectively. Conclusion Compared with free demethoxycurcumin suspension

demethoxycurcumin nanoemulsion has higher bioavailability.
