摘要

2014年在西非暴发了有史以来最严重的埃博拉疫情，大量儿童被埃博拉病毒感染且病死率极高。儿童埃博拉病毒病（Ebola virus disease

EVD）表现出与成人不同的临床特征，早期临床表现不具有特异性，RT-PCR检测是儿童EVD实验室诊断的金标准，纠正脱水及电解质紊乱、营养支持、预防和控制感染，防治休克及多器官功能衰竭等是当前行之有效的治疗策略。

Abstract

The 2014 Ebola virus epidemic in West Africa is the worst outbreak of this virus in history. A large number of children had been infected and had a very high mortality. Clinical features of Ebola virus disease (EVD) are quite different from children to adults. Early symptoms of EVD may be non-specific in children. Quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR) for the virus RNA is the diagnostic golden standard for the detection of the pathogen in children. Effective treatment strategies for EVD in children included the correction of dehydration and electrolyte imbalance

nutritional support

prevention and control of infection

and prevention of shock and multi-organ failure.
