摘要

目的探讨真核翻译起始因子3h（eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit h，EIF3h）在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床病理学意义，并分析在结直肠癌组织中EIF3h和Ki-67表达的关系。方法应用免疫组化EnVision法检测76例结直肠癌组织、35例结直肠腺瘤组织、20例距癌10 cm的肠黏膜组织中EIF3h的表达水平。结果 EIF3h在结直肠癌组织、腺瘤组织、距癌10 cm的肠黏膜组织中表达的阳性率分别为86.84%（66/76）、31.43%（11/35）、10.00%（2/20），3组间差异有统计学意义（

0.01）。EIF3h的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移相关（

0.01）；与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和分化程度无关（

0.05）。结直肠癌组织中EIF3h与Ki-67的表达呈正相关（r=0.42

0.01）。结论 EIF3h在结直肠癌组织中呈高表达，提示其可能与结直肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。联合检测EIF3h和Ki-67在结直肠癌中的表达，有助于结直肠癌的诊断和预后的评估。

Abstract

Objective To determine the expression of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit h (EIF3h）and Ki-67 in human colorectal carcinoma and their clincopathologic significances. Methods The expression of EIF3h and Ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemical EnVision method in 76 tissue samples of colorectal carcinoma

35 samples of colorectal adenoma and 20 samples of colorectal mucosa from 10 cm away from carcinoma. Results The positive rates for EIF3h expression were 86.84% (66/76)

0.01). Conclusion The strong expression of EIF3h may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of colorectal carcinoma. It is helpful to detect EIF3h expression together with Ki-67 in the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
