摘要

目的探讨大学生自杀未遂的影响因素，构建大学生自杀未遂的多因素结构方程模型，进而有针对性地开展自杀的预防与危机干预。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法抽取重庆市9 808名大学生作为调查对象，分析有无自杀未遂大学生的自杀态度（SPAS）、自杀意念（SIS）、冲动性（IBS）、外显攻击性（MAOS）、生命质量（QOL）和社会支持(SSS)间的差异以及自杀未遂的主要影响因素，构建大学生自杀未遂的结构方程模型。结果重庆市大学生总体自杀未遂检出率为1.7%，自杀未遂大学生在性别(

0.05)、家庭经济状况(

=0.042)和SIS(

0.05)、IBS(

0.05)、QOL(

=0.02)、SSS(

0.05)、MAOS(

0.05)的评分上与无自杀行为大学生之间存在统计学差异，在SPAS评分上无差异（

=0.17）。多因素回归分析表明：大学生自杀未遂的主要风险因素为性别（OR=2.065

95% CI 0.990～1.006）、对社会利用度（OR=0.982

95% CI 0.970～0.990）、语言攻击性（OR=1.019，95% CI 1.007～1.031）、指向自我攻击性（OR=1.026，95% CI 1.005～1.084）。结论重庆市大学生自杀未遂的主要影响因素为性别、家庭经济状况、自杀意念以及躯体健康状况；自杀意念是自杀未遂的中介因素，对自杀未遂有显著的预测作用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate influencing factors of attempted suicide and establish a structural equation model (SEM) on suicide attempts in college students

and to develop strategy of suicide prevention and crisis intervention. Methods

With stratified and cluster sampling method

9 808 college students with and without suicide attempts in Chongqing were surveyed to analyze the differences in the scale of public attitudes about suicide (SPAS)

suicide ideation scale (SIS)

impulsive behavior scale (IBS)

quality of life (QOL)

social support scale (SSS)

and modified overt aggression scale (MAOS). A multiple logistic regression model was used to identify the main risk factors influencing attempted suicide in college students

and to construct a structural equation model. Results The total screening rate of suicide attempts of college students in Chongqing was about 1.7%. There were statistical differences in gender (

suicidal ideation and physical condition. Moreover

suicidal ideation is a mediator in the occurrence of suicide and has prominent effects on prediction of suicide attempts.
