摘要

Abstract

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a therapeutic method in treatment of various hematologic neoplastic disorders. Successful transplantion relies on the normal proliferation

differentiation of the transplanted hematopoietic stem cells in the recipients

and the low occurence of complications. In previous studies

more attention has been paid to the hematopoietic stem cells rather than the hematopoietic inductive microenvironment

which is actually necessary for the survival and function of the transplanted hematopoietic stem cells. Results from our studies indicate that the hematopoietic inductive microenvironment is as important as the hematopoietic stem cells in the transplantation therapy.
