摘要

目的探讨国产硬化剂聚桂醇注射液经内镜治疗食管静脉曲张的疗效及并发症。方法回顾性分析我院内镜中心2009年5月至2010年12月行内镜下行硬化治疗的64例患者共153例次的资料，其中男性46例，女性18例，年龄21~78（48.6±14.0）岁。观察急诊止血率、静脉曲张消失和基本消失率、并发症发生率及死亡率。结果急诊止血率94.4%，静脉曲张消失和基本消失率80.0%，并发症发生率2.0%～23.5%，死亡率1.6%。门诊及电话随访时间1～17个月。结论国产聚桂醇注射液治疗食管静脉曲张疗效好，并发症少，临床应用安全。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy and complications of lauromacrogol injection endoscopic sclerotherapy in treatment of esophageal varices. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 64 patients with esophageal varices (forty-six males and eighteen females

with the mean age of 48.6±14.0 years old) who underwent a total of 153 times of lauromacrogol injection sclerotherapy in the endoscopy center from May 2009 to December 2010. The rates of emergent hemostasis

complete and nearly complete elimination of esophageal varices

and the mortality and the incidence of complications were observed. Clinical data were collected from outpatient and telephone follow-up from 1 month to 17 months after injection. Results The rate of hemostasis in the whole group was 94.4%. The incidence of complications was 2.0% to 23.5%. The rate of complete and nearly complete elimination of esophageal varices was 80%. The mortality was 1.6%. Conclusion Lauromacrogol injection endoscopic sclerotherapy has good efficacy and few complications in treatment of esophageal varices and is safe in clinical application.
