摘要

目的调查分析首诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）患者的疾病认知情况。方法选择2010年3月至2011年3月在我专病门诊就诊的首诊为COPD的患者，采用COPD疾病认知问卷（bristol COPD knowledge questionnaire，BCKQ）进行测评。结果共有112例患者完成评测，BCKQ得分为(28.56±0.79)分，正确率为43.94%（28.56/65），患者对“疫苗接种”、“吸入支气管扩张剂”、“抗生素”、“口服激素”和“吸入激素”5个方面的认知水平更差。不同COPD严重程度患者BCKQ评分无显著差异（P=0.060）。结论首诊COPD患者疾病认知水平低，特别是关于治疗方面的认知更为缺乏，并由此延误了COPD的诊断和治疗。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze awareness of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in newly diagnosed patients. Methods Patients who were newly diagnosed with COPD in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 were enrolled. Patients’ awareness of COPD was evaluated using Bristol COPD knowledge questionnaire (BCKQ). Results A total of 112 patients completed BCKQ with a score of 28.56±0.79 and correct rate of 43.94% (28.56/65). Patients’ awareness was worse in “vaccination”

“oral hormones” and “inhaled hormone” than other fields. BCKQ scores from patients with different severity of COPD were not significantly different (P=0.060). Conclusion Patients

who were newly diagnosed as COPD

have little awareness of the disease

especially lack of awareness in treatment-related aspect

which delays the diagnosis and treatment of COPD.
