摘要

目的初步探讨后颅窝容积测量方法，并比较面肌痉挛患者与正常人后颅窝容积大小的差别。方法利用MR计算机中AW4.4工作站，使用3D重建软件测量后颅窝容积，对面肌痉挛患者及正常人进行后颅窝形态学测量，两组测量结果计量资料采用t检验进行分析。结果面肌痉挛患者后颅窝容积为（165.682±12.474）cm

，正常人后颅窝容积平均值为（159.151±18.798）cm

，二者比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论利用MR薄层扫描以及3D重建软件可以较为准确的测量后颅窝容积，面肌痉挛的发生与后颅窝容积大小无关。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the measurement method of posterior fossa volume

and to determine whether occurrence of hemifacial spasm is related to posterior fossa volume. Methods Sixty female patients with hemifacial spasm hospitalized in our department from 2008 to 2009 and 60 healthy controls were enrolled. All the subjects had no intracranial tumor

hydrocephalus or head injury

and they all received head MRI examination (slice thickness=1 mm). AW4.4 workstation and 3D reconstruction software were applied to measure posterior fossa volume. No significant difference of height and age existed between the patients with hemifacial spasm and healthy controls (P0.05). Results There was no significant difference of posterior fossa volume between the patients with h

emifacial spasm [(165.682±12.474) cm

and the healthy controls [(159.151±18.798) cm

]

(P0.05). Conclusion Application of MRI scanning and 3D reconstruction software can measure posterior fossa volume

which is not related to hemifacial spasm.
