摘要

目的研究浸润性子宫颈癌(infiltrative cervical cancer

ICC)及子宫颈上皮内瘤变(intraepithelial neoplasia

CIN)中人乳头瘤病毒(human papilomavirus

HPV)感染率及型别分布。方法选取重庆市肿瘤医院组织病理学诊断为CINⅡ、CINⅢ级和宫颈鳞癌的组织标本58例作为研究对象，SPF10 LiPA25及HPV DNA酶免疫检测法（DNA enzyme immunoassay，DEIA）进行DNA的提取及扩增；采用线形探针反向杂交技术检测病变组织中HPV型别。结果 58例标本中有56例检测出HPV感染，HPV感染率96.55%

其中CINⅡ、CIN Ⅲ级和子宫颈癌中HPV感染的阳性率分别为100.00%、100.00%、95.00%。共检测出13种HPV型别，HPV16感染率最高（60.00%），其次为HPV18(7.69%)、HPV58(7.69%)和HPV31(4.62%)。宫颈鳞癌、CINⅢ、CINⅡ级HPV多重感染率分别为6.06%、26.31%、33.33%。41～50岁高危型HPV感染率最高（44.64%）。结论 HPV16为重庆市最常见的HPV感染型别，HPV18、HPV58和HPV31也有较高感染率。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the infection and distribution of human papilloma virus (HPV) types in patients with infiltrative cervical cancer (ICC) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in Chongqing. Methods Fifty-eight cases diagnosed with ICC or CINⅡ to Ⅲ
