Inhibitory effect of dendritic cell vaccine plus tumor antigen on murine bladder tumor in vivo
Objective To investigate the immunotherapeutic effect of dendritic cells vaccine plus tumor antigen on bladder tumor in T739 mice. Methods After establishment of the BTT739 bladder tumor model
36 T739 mice were randomly divided into experiment group
control group
and empty control group. Peritumoral injection of dendritic cell (DC) vaccine was performed on day 7 and day 14 after inoculation of tumor cells. Tumor weight and volume were measured. The life span of mice was also observed. Results The inhibitory effect of DC vaccine on the tumor weight and volume in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.01). The survival time of the mice in the experiment group was significantly longer than that in the control group. Two mice treated with DC vaccine were tumor-free 30 days after being rechallenged with BTT739 cells. Conclusion DC vaccine plus with tumor antigen can inhibit tumor growth and prolong the survival time of T739 mice with BTT739 bladder tumor.
