摘要

目的探讨钢缆钉与张力带钢丝治疗髌骨横行骨折的疗效。方法钢缆钉组28例，平均随访8个月。张力带钢丝组30例，平均随访16个月。比较2组手术时间、骨折临床愈合时间、术后半年膝关节屈曲活动范围。采用成组设计t检验及t’检验进行统计学分析。结果钢缆钉组在骨折临床愈合时间、术后半年膝关节屈曲活动范围方面明显优于张力带钢丝组(P0.05)。结论钢缆钉治疗髌骨横行骨折具有操作简单、固定可靠、骨折愈合快、愈合率高、膝关节功能好的优点，符合生物力学要求，疗效满意，有临床推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the curative effects of open reduction and internal fixation with Cable Pin or tension band wire for patellar transverse fractures. Methods Totally 28 cases and another 30 cases were enrolled in the Cable Pin group (8 months for average follow-up time) and the tension band wire group respectively (16 months for average follow-up time). The operative time

the average clinical healing time and the average range of the knee flexion between the 2 groups were compared. Results Obvious superiority was observed in the Cable Pin group over the tension band wire group concerning the average clinical healing time and the average range of the knee flexion 6 months postoperatively (P0.05). Conclusion The way that treating patellar fractures with Cable Pin is characterized by simple manipulation

high healing rate and excellent function of the knee

and this internal fixation which acquires satisfactory results is in accordance with biomechanics and deserve the clinical expansion.
