摘要

目的研究雌激素受体β（estrogen receptor β，ERβ）蛋白及其同分异构体mRNA在女性慢传输性便秘（slow transit constipation，STC）患者乙状结肠的表达。方法采用RT-PCR及Western blot技术检测20例女性STC患者以及20对照组乙状结肠ERβ蛋白及其同分异构mRNA的表达。结果 ERβ

mRNA在女性STC患者及对照组乙状结肠均有表达，ERβ

及ERβ

mRNA在两组中均无表达，STC组ERβ

、ERβ

及ERβ

mRNA表达量均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。Western blot结果显示STC组乙状结肠ERβ蛋白表达较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 ERβ与STC的发病有关。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expressions of ERβ protein and ERβ isoform mRNA in sigmoid colon of female slow transit constipation patients. Methods RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of ERβ protein and ERβ isoform mRNA of 20 patients with STC and 20 age-matched controls. Results ERβ protein and ERβ
