摘要

目的用生物反应器制备乙脑纯化灭活疫苗。方法用搅拌式生物反应器培养Vero细胞

接种并培养乙型脑炎病毒，将收获的病毒液进行灭活和纯化。结果细胞密度都增至2.4×10

-1

以上，病毒滴度都7.25 lgLD

/ml。结论用生物反应器制备乙脑灭活纯化疫苗的工艺合理，可以生产出高滴度的乙型脑炎病毒液。

Abstract

Objective To develop a novel procedure for production of purified inactive Japanese encephalitis virus vaccine in bioreactor. Methods Japanese encephalitis viruses were inoculated and cultivated after the propagation in Vero cells in bioreactor. Results The cell density reached above 2.4×10

cell/ml and Japanese encephalitis virus titer achieved above 7.25 lgLD

/ml. Conclusion The procedure of production of Japanese encephalitis virus vaccine in bioreactor is a feasible way to produce hightiter viruses.
