Objective    To analyze the imaging features of adrenal myelolipoma (AML) and evaluate the diagnostic value of computer tomography (CT) in AML.     Methods    The imaging and pathologic features of AML that was proved surgically were analyzed retrospectively.     Results    In 15 cases of AML

the masses of 8 cases were round or oval and mainly of fatty tissues; CT showed a mixed density mass of soft tissues in 4 cases and none or a little fatty tissues in 3 cases

calcification in 4 cases. On enhanced CT imaging

the soft tissue

septation and peplos of the lesions presented slight enhancement

but no enhancement in fatty tissues.     Conclusion    Correct diagnosis of AML can be made by CT scan in combination with clinical manifestation.
