摘要

目的探讨肺癌患者血清IL-18及TH细胞因子水平与临床肿瘤分期以及与病理分期之间的关系。方法应用ELISA法检测 109例肺癌患者血清细胞因子IL-18、Th1( IL-2、TNF-α) 及Th2(IL-4、IL-10)水平。 30例正常人外周血细胞因子作对照。结果肺癌组IL-18、Th1( IL-2、TNF-α)水平明显低于正常组，Th2(IL-4、IL-10)水平高于正常组（P0.05）；小细胞癌患者的外周血IL-18水平比鳞状细胞癌及肺腺癌水平明显降低（P0.01）；随着肺癌（分期）的加重，其外周血IL-18及Th1细胞因子（IL-2、TNF-α）水平逐渐下降。结论外周血IL-18及TH细胞因子水平能反映患者的免疫功能状态，并可能做为提示预后的指标之一。

Objective To investigate the levels of IL-18

TNF-α) and Th2(IL-4

IL-10) in patients with lung cancer and their relation to clinical pathological stages. Methods Totally 109 lung cancer patients were of 45 squamous cancer

40 adenocarcinoma

18 small cell lung cancer and 6 large cell carcinoma. Serum levels of IL-18

TNF-α

IL-2

IL-4 and IL-10 were determined by using an ELISA assay in 109 lung cancer patients and in 30 normal people. Results The levels of IL-18

TNF-α and IL-2 were significantly lower and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly higher in lung cancer patients than in controls (P0.05). The level of IL-18 in small cell lung cancer was lower than that in other kinds of lung cancer(P0.01). With progress of the clinical pathological stages

serum levels of IL-18

IL-2 and TNF-α decreased accordingly. Conclusion Serum levels of IL-18 and Th1/Th2 subsets may be related to immune functions of lung cancer patients and be a good sign of prognosis.
