摘要

目的观察体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass，CPB)血清对培养血管内皮细胞凋亡的影响及N-乙酰半胱氨酸(N-acetyl-L-cysteine，NAC)的干预作用。方法采用CPB血清致伤培养血管内皮细胞模型，以TUNEL方法及流式细胞术观察培养血管内皮细胞凋亡的改变。结果 CPB血清可致培养血管内皮细胞凋亡明显增加，0.1、1 mmol/L NAC减少CPB血清诱致的培养内皮细胞凋亡，10、100 mmol/L NAC加重CPB血清诱致的培养内皮细胞凋亡。结论 CPB血清诱致培养血管内皮细胞凋亡增加，低浓度NAC对CPB血清诱致的内皮细胞凋亡有保护作用，高浓度NAC加重CPB血清诱致的内皮细胞凋亡。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of NAC on the apoptosis of cultured endothelial cells induced by CPB serum. Methods The endothelial cells were co-cultured with serum before PBC
