Research on immunogenicity of MSCs after osteoinduction
Objective To study the the immunogenicity of MSCs after differentiation into osteocytes. Methods MSCs isolated from pig bone barrow were cultured and induced into differentiate into osteocytes. Before induction and on day 1
7
14 and 21 after induction
MHC-Ⅱ was detected with flow cytometer (FCM)
stimulation index was examined by One-way MLC
and IL-2 and IL-10 levels in supernatant was determined. Results MSCs after osteoinduction did not express MHC-Ⅱ
and there were no significant changes of stimulation index
IL-2 and IL-10 levels. Conclusion The immunogenicity of MSCs after differentiation into bone is low.
