Effects of hypoxia on morphology and survival of rat Sertoli cells
Objective To explore the effect of hypoxia on cultured rat Sertoli cells in vitro. Methods In a Sertoli-germ cells co-culture system
the effect of hypoxia on the morphological characteristics of Sertoli cells were observed
including the number of Sertoli cells
the cytoskeleton changes after Coomassie brilliant blue staining and the detachment of germ cells. Results The loosing and retracting of cytoskeleton in Sertoli cells was found. Both survival rate of Sertoli cells and detachment of germ cells showed time-response relation. Conclusion Hypoxia damages Sertoli cells.
Chronic hypoxia reduces cold tolerance via hepatic ANGPTL3-driven mitochondrial damage and adipose thermogenesis suppression
Mdivi-1 improves cognitive dysfunction in immature SD rats induced by hypoxia combined with propofol by inhibiting excessive mitophagy
Molecular mechanism of hypoxia-induced spermatogenesis impairment by inhibiting the stability of sperm cilial microtubules
Plateau hypoxia improves tumor immune microenvironment and inhibits subcutaneous tumor growth of colorectal cancer
Role of parthanatos in PC12 cell injury induced by propofol combined with hypoxic conditions
